Stephen is the visionary behind Paramount Greens, having kicked off the company in 2013 as a lawn care side hustle with more ambition than direction. But as life evolved, so did his outlook. What started as a small endeavor has blossomed into a thriving business rooted in a commitment to creating inviting, functional, and beautiful spaces.

“Truth be told, my passion isn’t landscaping; it’s creating something that’s inviting, functional, and beautiful,” Stephen shares. His goal is to make the process of hiring a service as seamless and tailored as ordering a latte from Starbucks.

Stephen’s personal standard of excellence drives him to raise the bar in an industry often plagued by complexity. With years of industry experience under his belt, he founded Paramount Greens to deliver a convenient and top-notch experience for clients navigating the often inconvenient world of landscaping.

When he’s not setting new standards for the company, Stephen enjoys tackling projects with the same passion he brings to his work and cherishing moments with his family. His dedication to excellence and client satisfaction is the cornerstone of Paramount Greens.

Meet our Team

Morgan, Executive Manager

Morgan is the problem-solving maestro and the go-to guy for all things at Paramount Greens. He’s been with the company from the very beginning, starting out as a weedeater-wielding rookie alongside Stephen, the owner. Fast forward to today, and Morgan now manages the entire operations side of the business with the same passion he had when he first started.

Morgan’s favorite part of the job is teaching the new guys the ropes, tackling tricky problems, and, most importantly, making customers smile. He believes that the best way to lead is by example – a philosophy that’s earned him respect and admiration from his team despite his youth.

When he’s not busy turning operational chaos into smooth sailing, Morgan loves to escape into nature, whether that means hiking, kayaking, or just enjoying quality time with his sprawling family. His lifelong passion for craftsmanship, problem-solving, and dogged determination to march to his own drum makes him the ultimate fixer and the heartbeat of Paramount Greens.

Peter, Logistics Manager

Peter, the Logistics Manager at Paramount Greens, is the driving force behind the seamless flow of materials and operations. With a background that includes home building, cabinetry installations, and even tree removal, Peter brings a diverse skill set to his role. His father instilled a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt, which he applies daily to keep everything moving efficiently.

What Peter enjoys most about his job is the constant motion—he’s always on the move, ensuring that every project has what it needs to succeed. Whether it's coordinating a project or sharing a laugh, he brings a personal touch to every interaction. His experience as a restaurant manager taught him how to connect with a wide range of personalities, while his time in the Army pushed him out of his comfort zone and into new, exciting challenges.

Having known Stephen and Morgan for years, Peter was drawn to the path they were setting for the company, and his contributions continue to push Paramount Greens forward with his experienced and fresh perspective.

Outside of work, you’ll find Peter Jeep camping, hitting the road on his motorcycle, or enjoying good food with his family. His blend of technical skills, life experiences, and a knack for conversation makes him a unique and valuable part of the Paramount Greens team.

Aidan, Project Manager

Aidan, the Project Manager at Paramount Greens, is the boots-on-the-ground-guy for making sure each job site runs smoothly from start to finish. He takes that role seriously—keeping everything on track, solving problems, and making sure the crew is in sync. Aidan thrives on seeing a project come together, turning ideas into reality, one brick (or paver) at a time.

Before joining Paramount Greens, Aidan spent years honing his skills across various industries, from learning the basics of construction from his father, sewing machine tech for heavy lifting, to installing equipment for financial institutions all over the East Coast. But after missing the sense of home and wanting to work with a team he trusted, he made the switch to Paramount Greens. Now, he’s proud to be setting the standard for quality outdoor living installations, all while bringing his unique blend of hands-on expertise and a love for puzzles to every project.

When he’s not orchestrating job sites, Aidan enjoys leather working and farming—hobbies that reflect his attention to detail and creativity. And yes, he might just solve life’s problems the same way he does at work, by breaking them down piece by piece until everything fits perfectly.

Luke, Shop Mechanic

Luke has been with Paramount Greens for over two years, maintaining and repairing all trucks and equipment to keep them running smoothly for each new project. With a passion for all kinds of vehicles, he loves the challenge of ensuring the fleet is always in top-notch condition and enjoys discovering new gadgets to enhance his work.

In his spare time, Luke enjoys taking either motorcycle or Jeep rides with his brothers and friends, exploring new places. His dedication to mechanics and his love for vehicles drive him to provide exceptional support at Paramount Greens, ensuring the team is always ready to deliver outstanding service to their clients.
